If you are willing to invest time and money into improving yourself through therapy, it can be a good idea to try a consultation to make an informed decision if this is a good fit for you. The number 1 predictor of positive therapy outcomes is having a good relationship with your mental health therapist, so assessing if there is a good fit between the person providing support (therapy) and the person receiving it (yourself) is extremely important.

Youth Therapy Sessions
Therapy sessions for teenagers from 12 to 17 years old.
We offer a client centred and non-judgmental approach to help youth get empowered and find their voice to express thoughts and feelings, in order to build their own identity in such a sensitive time in life. During that time, teenagers are going through biological changes as well as brain development, and behaviour changes are not uncommon. We communicate using their language and we help youth find a safe space in our therapeutic setting.
Family Therapy Sessions
Family therapy has a very specific and interesting dynamic that focuses in the family system, and not in individual members. Sessions can incorporate a child and their parent(s), the whole family, or even some parent coaching.
Couples Therapy Sessions
Therapy sessions with both partners can help improving communication, reconnecting partners and rebuild the relationship. Our goal is to help couples reach their own goal, work on conflict resolution and gain insights in their own couples dynamics. Our expert therapist will meet you where you are, not aiming to give you answers, but asking questions to help you find your owns.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a unique approach to therapy. ART aims to help individuals process difficult experiences and move on towards resolution. The ART therapist guides client by the use of eye movements to help you process emotions that may be the cause of distress. ART tends to bring relief to clients much faster and its effects are long lasting. If you thing you are having a hard time coping with a specific life experience, ART might be the right fit for you.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a type of therapy effective for PTSD and other trauma-related symptoms. Its goal is to desensitize client’s distress and help them process traumatic events and sensations. It also uses eye movements to bring into awareness previous experiences, moving towards adaptive resolution and insights. If you are struggling with trauma and disturbed memories, it might be the right fit for you.
